    It is always a treat to pick up an assorted box of these goodies. It was my first time at this particular location. Service was fast and friendly. I can't decide between banana and red velvet as a favorite, so I'm choosing both. I recommend this place!

    We got there around 9 AM and it already had a long line. Was it worth it? Yes! But if you just want to take a picture than cut that line and walk up to that sign and throw your signature Instagram pose. We had a pretty day ahead of us so we only got one pastry each but next time I'm grabbing a box! Plus side the people that work there are amazing! With the amount of people in line they still had this amazing energy about them. Kudos to them!

    Over priced? Maybe, BUT are they amazing?... double yes. These cupcakes are like crack. I'm not a big chocolate fan but if one of these things were put in front of me I wouldn't be able to resist. I would recommend the Kara's Carrot... you would be missing out if you didn't grab one of these to go even if your taste buds pull you elsewhere.

    I missed Karas cupcakes already ! On a recent trip to San Francisco my friends and I discovered Karas. We were eating dinner across the street and saw the cute little shop, so we skipped dessert at the restaurant to try Karas instead. We bought a variety of cupcakes to take back to the house. They have a nice variety to choose from even at 8 o'clock in the evening. My favorite was the Meyer lemon cupcake, although they all were great. These cupcakes are so flavorful and moist. We ended up making Kara' S are last stop of the night for the rest of our trip. Can't wait to get back and try some more.
